Lee is available during the Organizational Applied Strategic Planning process to help learning organizations consider and integrate best practices in staff development, adult and continuing education, and educational leadership - specialties gained through doctoral work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a range of teaching and management positions in the education sector.

Lee is a tenured associate professor in the School of Education at Fort Lewis College - Colorado's public liberal arts college - where he's also the chair of the Adventure Education Department and thesis advisor in the Master of Arts in Education graduate program. A recipient of the College's most prestigious teaching award, Lee lends his creative know-how in adult learning to help develop curricula for our courses. A gifted facilitator, Lee also conducts innovative, breakthrough team-building sessions for our clients.

An avid climber, mountaineer, and backcountry skier with 25 years of experience working in outdoor and experiential education, he brings a unique perspective to our leadership development, team-building, and personal growth consulting.
