The stars lined up when Peggy Sharp joined our team. She is well known in Central Texas dentistry and has attended most of Dr. Frazer’s courses while working with highly respected Restorative Practices in Austin for the last 35 years. She is knowledgeable in Practice Management having worked in every area of practice administration— including Office Manager.

She is a big picture thinker with high Gestalt—able to prioritize work on multiple projects—all of which helped her develop highly productive ideal day and week schedules. Peggy is a true Steward leader who inspires teamwork helping team members build on their core values and achieve their dreams.

She always looks for ways to work smarter not harder. Peggy lights up the room with her passion for life and people. She genuinely cares and finds a connection with almost everyone she meets. Spend much time with her, and you may even feel like a part of her extended family.

Peggy grew up on a farm near Shiro, TX, where she acquired a strong work ethic, a passion for life and people. She has strong family ties that go beyond her blood family. Peggy is known for her big heart, warm and friendly smile, authenticity, natural service orientation, listening and communication skills. She has the ability to make you feel safe and at home.

Her energy seems endless, as she is also involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through Team in Training where for more than a decade she has served as a team captain, coach, mentor, and participant. She also participates with MS100, Mamma Jamma, Relay for Life, and numerous other charitable events.

She balances work with family. Bob, her husband of 38 years is a Construction Superintendent in Bryan, TX, building custom homes. They have two adult children, Daughter Valerie and husband Chad who live in Hawaii with two young adult grandchildren, Chloe and Logan. Her son, Kurt, who has a learning disability, lives at home, serves up a great BBQ, and is working toward independence.

They are diehard Texas A&M fans. She has two very spoiled dogs, Deno and Foxy, that she rescued. Anyone who contacts us will be welcomed and well taken care of by Peggy.
