 It is my pleasure to introduce a seminar leader who motivates his audiences through real-life examples from a wet-gloved practitioner. He's a performance coach to some of the country's elite dentists helping the leaders in our field to excel in both their practices and lives. Dr. Frazer is a corporate consultant helping organizations just like ours to instill best practices into their operations and maximize profits. And he's the author of numerous articles in leading dental journals, plus a highly successful practitioner and leader in his hometown community of Austin, Texas, where he and his team built a model transformational, health-centered, relationship-based, highest quality restorative dental practice over the last three decades.
He sold half the practice in 1992 and the remaining half in 1998. He now limits himself to a few complex rehabilitative and aesthetic cases each year, dedicating most of his time to speaking, coaching and consulting through his company, R.L. Frazer & Associates. He's here to share through experience what works, what does not and why.
