Bob founded R.L. Frazer & Associates, Inc. in 1991 in response to mounting interest in his dental consulting services, strategic leadership training, and performance coaching. The firm's exponential growth led him to sell the second half of his dental practice in 1998. Bob now limits his practice to a few major rehabilitative cases a year.
Bob has been married to his wife, Linda, for more than 41 years. They have two sons and two grandchildren. Bob enjoys fly fishing, volunteering with his church and civic organizations, and spending time with his family.
