Al Fisher, PhD

Dr. Al Fisher is a Survey Consultant to R.L. Frazer & Associates. Al brings over 25 years' experience conducting professional surveys for medical and dental associations and individual practitioners. He specializes in the design of actionable needs assessment surveys for associations engaged in strategic planning. In support of Bob's work in Applied Strategic Planning with prominent dental organizations, Al designed and conducted surveys for the California, Missouri and Colorado Dental Associations; the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration; and the American Association of Endodontists.

Dr. Fisher automated Bob's innovative Practice Assessment Survey, which they have used to assess numerous practices nationwide, including the International Center for Complete Dentistry - founded by Pete Dawson - and those of participants in Bob's National Study Club. He also automated Bob's Organizational Health Survey and has conducted email surveys for The Dawson Center, the University of Florida College of Dentistry, the Texas Academy of Dental Practice, and the Metro Denver District Dental Society, among others. He co-designed with Dr. Frazer a Patient Satisfaction Survey, which he has conducted for several dental practices.

Lee Frazer, MA

Lee is available during the Organizational Applied Strategic Planning process to help learning organizations consider and integrate best practices in staff development, adult and continuing education, and educational leadership - specialties gained through doctoral work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and through a range of teaching and management positions in the education sector. Lee lends his creative know-how in adult learning to help develop curricula for our courses. A gifted facilitator, Lee also conducts innovative, breakthrough team-building sessions for our clients.

Lee is a full-time faculty member in the School of Natural and Behavioral Sciences at Fort Lewis College, Colorado's public liberal arts college located in Durango. With a decade's experience with Outward Bound as an instructor, staff trainer, and program director, Lee's expertise in education extends to experiential and adventure education, diversity training, and educator development. An avid mountaineer with considerable expedition experience, he brings a unique perspective to our leadership development, team-building, and personal growth consulting.

Carole Morton

Carole Morton retired from IBM after 36 years and has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2003. Bringing her considerable organizational skills to our team, she works part-time as the Coordinator of Operations assisting Angela O'Neal on the administration side of the business, coordinating Bob's calendar and travel arrangements, managing logistics for his workshops, speaking engagements and coaching visits, overseeing correspondence, consulting proposals, etc. She will also coordinate The National Study Club (Bob's inner circle client group).

Irené Oldfather, RDH

Irené Oldfather has worked with Dr. Frazer since 1988 as a Hygienist and Steward Team Leader. She began teaching with Bob in 1987 and has been a Consulting Associate since 1994. As a role model Steward Team Leader, her primary role is to introduce the Stewardship model from a team member's perspective to doctors and their staff. She also helps implement and accelerate the Applied Strategic Planning process into the practice. She acts as a consultant to the dentist and as a coach to team members in all positions and often visits coaching client offices for direct work with their teams.

Irené loves working on systems in all areas, especially monitoring, team building, team communication, and fabled customer service. She is an excellent, content rich and entertaining speaker who has presented programs at a number of state and national meetings. With over 20 years as a dental hygienist, Irené brings a practical view of daily practice life.

Brenda Reed

Brenda Reed has been working with Dr. Frazer since 1981. During most of that time, she was his primary Treatment Coordinator (Chairside Assistant). Today, Brenda works with Dr. Frazer as a Clinical Systems Instructor, sharing with peers in other practices the benefits of effective clinical systems and the Stewardship and Participative model, which Dr. Frazer utilized in his own practice. Increased profits and reduction in stress are but two of the model's benefits. Brenda is also available to work with coaching client teams.

Doug Reese, MBA

Doug Reese is President of Wealth Associates, Inc. of Denver, Colorado. Doug's life has long been intertwined with dentistry. His mother, Willa Jefferson, was a dental assistant and was married to Bob Barkley, DDS. He apprenticed with Bud Ham, a popular dental management consultant, after graduating from college, and then in 1991 created his business, whose mission is to help the dental community realize their financial dreams.

Doug's role with R.L. Frazer & Associates is that of a Stewardship of Wealth educator and consultant. He presents at Retreat II of the Personal Applied Strategic Planning (PASP) Series in a way that is both highly motivating and practical to assist leaders and their teams build wealth within the practice and as well as within their personal lives. Doug also offers one-on-one consulting within the context of the PASP Series. Doug's approach with clients is extremely personalized, and he demonstrates great respect for individual beliefs, passions, dreams and desires.

Angela Ward O'Neal

Upon joining our dental practice in 1990 as our Administrative Coordinator, Angela quarterbacked our team through its most successful years. With an expertise in computer technology, she was instrumental in revamping our administrative flow and our core management systems. Improving business management systems continues to be the focus of her work now as a consultant with R.L. Frazer & Associates. Her areas of expertise include computer and telephone optimization, ideal day and week scheduling, financial transactions, third party issues, and team leadership and coordination.

Angela is also a key instructor for our New Patient Experience Practicum. She provides on-site education for coaching clients' teams and follow-up consultation to help clients implement new patient and clinical systems that exude extraordinary customer service and profitability. She imparts a rich, comprehensive perspective, having participated herself in Personal Applied Strategic Planning and Emotional Intelligence, two other popular programs R.L. Frazer & Associates offers.

As Executive Director, Angela also handles correspondence, accounting, teleconference arrangements and curricular materials, as well as coordination for DiSC profile clients and product sales. Angela is also the liaison between the dental public and the dental office, where Bob completes several major cases a year.

In addition to her work improving dental practice management systems, Angela runs her own business, Business Assessment Team & Solutions, coaching dentists in embezzlement prevention, and is a member of the Association of Fraud Examiners, giving her a unique competency in fraud prevention.

Bill Woodburn, MEd, LPC, LMFT

Bill Woodburn is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Marriage & Family Therapist with 20 years' experience helping people find healing inside family and work groups. He has consulted organizations ranging from educational and social service agencies to corporations and has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in human development and group dynamics.

With R.L. Frazer & Associates, he acts as a consultant on human relationships, especially complex social systems. Bill is key presenter and facilitator in our nationally acclaimed Emotional Intelligence workshops and presentations. He is also involved with all of our coaching clients - especially early in our work - to help sort out intra-personal issues that could be blocking their progress.

With a specialty in Systems-Based Family Therapy, Bill starts with the premise that individual actions are heavily determined by the rules and roles the system has set up, mediated by the communication system in place, and driven by the need to adapt to the environment in which the system finds itself. His grasp of group dynamics adds a strong foundation to Emotional Intelligence workshops, performance coaching and strategic planning consulting. His teaching style brings a great sense of humor.

Sandy Zellers, BS

Sandy Zellers began working with Dr. Frazer in 1993 in his dental practice as the Health Relationship Coordinator (HRC), acting as the host/guide between new patients, our dental team, dentist and our specialists. Today, her role is that of Health Relationship Coordinator and Consulting Associate. Sandy teaches with Bob in our highly acclaimed New Patient Experience Practicum. She is also available on a limited basis for in-office consulting and training others in the role of HRC, demonstrating how to develop a truly transformational new-patient experience to raise your "Wow!" factor. With a wealth of experience in public relations and teaching, Sandy enjoys one-on-one coaching with team members and working to enhance customer service and communication skills.
